If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email info@capsid.co.uk with your order number. Please check your shipping address carefully as it’s your responsibility to provide the correct details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed collection, we can resend (new postage may apply) or refund the product price minus any carrier return fees we incur.
We hope you love Capsid. If you change your mind, we’re here to help. You can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods. After telling us you’re cancelling, you have another 14 days to send items back. We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof you’ve sent it). We refund the basic outbound delivery cost (not any premium option you selected).
For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of supplements that are unopened, sealed and in resaleable condition. If the seal is broken after delivery, the legal right to cancel no longer applies unless the item is faulty.
